Juvenile Assessment & Reporting Center (JARC)

The JARC aims to identify and responsively intervene in patterns of negative behavior of at-risk youth and system-involved youth. The service provides recommendations and referrals to available community resources and support systems with the intent of addressing risky behaviors that potentially lead to arrest or involvement in the formal juvenile justice system. Provides for an immediate, informed and concentrated response to youth in need 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No appointments or referrals are necessary to access services; walk-ins are welcome—services are open to youth, concerned parents/guardians, school personnel, law enforcement and others.

Provides a centralized single point of entry for comprehensive needs assessment and case management services for youth arrested for a delinquent act and youth ‘at-risk’ or who display negative patterns of behavior. Open 24/7. No appointment is necessary
